ZTE has introduced a new budget smartphone in China, dubbed the ‘Small Fresh 4’.
The new model succeeds the Small Fresh 3, which made its debut last year. It features a 5.2-inch display with 1080 x 1920 Full HD resolution and 2.5D curved glass on top. The MediaTek MT6753 octa-core SoC powers the smartphone, with a clock speed of 1.5 GHz. In the memory department, it offers 2GB of RAM and 16GB of built-in storage, which can be further expanded thanks to a microSD card slot.
Moving on, the Small Fresh 4 is equipped with a 13MP camera at the back and includes a 5MP selfie camera on the front. At the back of the handset, there is also a “3D fingerprint sensor”. The smartphone comes with MiFavor 3.5 UI, based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
ZTE has priced the Small Fresh 4 at 1,090 Yuan in China ($163), where it will become available for purchase starting July 26. Buyers will be able to choose from Gold, Silver, and Rose Gold color options.
