ZOTAC International has launched the ZOTAC ZBOX HD-ID11 mini-PC, targeting users constrained by space.

Measuring 188 x 188 x 44mm, it is built on Intel’s NM10 Express chipset
and features a 1.66 GHz dual-core Atom D510, NVIDIA ION GPU with 512MB
DDR3 VRAM, one 2.5” SATA HDD/SSD slot, one DDR2 slot, onboard
7.1-Channel audio, integrated WiFi 802.11n, a multi-format card reader
and front side panel with one USB 2.0 port and audio connectors. It is
also equipped with Dual-link DVI and HDMI outputs, one RJ45 port, one
eSATA port and four rear USB 2.0 ports for external connectivity.
Pricing and availability has not been announced yet so stay tuned for
more updates.

“Software companies took a big step in the last year to enable
GPU-acceleration in their applications. Users can edit movies using
Super LoiLoScope, enhance the quality of low-quality videos using
vReveal and convert video files for use with portable media players
using Badaboom with CUDA™ technology and our new ZOTAC ZBOX HD-ID11
mini-PC using just the graphics processor,” said Carsten Berger,
marketing director, ZOTAC International. “Just because the ZOTAC ZBOX
HD-ID11 mini-PC is small in size doesn’t mean it can’t deliver big
system performance.
