Redmi Note 3

Xiaomi has released a new teaser for its scheduled event tomorrow, revealing that the ‘Redmi Note 2 Pro’ will actually be dubbed the Redmi Note 3.

Meanwhile, the TENAA listing for the device reveals there will be a variant with 3GB of RAM and 32GB internal memory on offer as well, in addition to the base variant that will include 2GB of RAM and 16GB of RAM like the Redmi Note 2. The other difference when compared to the Redmi Note 2 will be a bigger 4000mAh capacity battery inside, resulting in a 0.5mm thicker body.

The Redmi Note 3 is expected to be identical to the Redmi Note 2 as the rest of the hardware package goes. That means you can expect to find the same 5.5-inch sized 1080p resolution display, octa-core MT6795 2GHz chipset, 13 megapixel rear camera, and a 5 megapixel front-facing camera. It will also feature a premium metal build and a rear mounted fingerprint scanner.
