Viewsonic Singapore launches PJD7 and Pro8 series projectors


Viewsonic Singapore today unveiled their latest projectors series, the PJD7 that is designed for education and commercial use, and Pro8 which is ideal for businesses and homes. Both projector series are available now.

Eileen Soh, country manager of ViewSonic, says that for this year, there is a foreseen growth for short-throw projectors and that the new interactive white board projectors are getting popular with more consumers enjoying huge projected display compared to traditional interactive white board solutions.

“Our PJD7x83 short-throw projectors has network display feature for wireless presentations. This model allows users to have a huge projection screen with just a distance of just 5cm. Furthermore, the projector only requires three seconds to project and zero second to power off. And this is a unique feature that Viewsonic has in the current market,” remarks Soh.

Amanda Huang, product manager fo Viewsonic Asia Pacific region, also explained the various features of the company’s new offerings, including the wireless network projection from more than one PC, and one PC displaying the presentations to more than one projectors.

The Viewsonic WPG-360 is the wireless G presentation gateway, the small router on the extreme left. It can connect wirelessly to your PC, while it connects to the projector or LCD TV via VGA port.

The Viewsonic Pro8200 is high-end home theater projector for users who want high quality theatre-like image quality in the comfort of their living room. It supports full 1080p high definition and boasts superb color reproduction and vividness.
