In the last few days, we have seen multiple leaked renders of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3, showing the tablet with an S-Pen stylus and a detachable keyboard dock. Some more renders of the tablet have been leaked, revealing AKG audio tuning, similar to the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+.
While the press renders do show the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 with an S-Pen, it hasn’t yet been confirmed if it will be bundled in the box or if it will need to be purchased separately. The keyboard dock will no doubt be an optional accessory, as it is quite rare for a company like Samsung to bundle it for free.
The latest renders do confirm that the tablet will come with audio tuning from AKG, a company now owned by Samsung. AKG is known not just for its headphones and wireless audio products, but also for microphones. It could be possible that Samsung has worked together with AKG to not just tune the audio output through the 3.5mm headphone jack but also enhance audio recording capabilities of the Galaxy Tab S3, and perhaps the Galaxy S8 duo as well.
In terms of color options, the latest renders suggest the tablet will be available in two colors – Black and Silver. The Galaxy Tab S3 is expected to feature a 9.6-inch AMOLED display with 2048 x 1536 resolution, Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 chipset, 4GB of RAM, 4G LTE connectivity, and a premium build. It will be made official this Sunday at Samsung’s MWC 2017 press conference in Barcelona.
