Official renders of the upcoming LG G4 S upper mid-range smartphone were leaked a few days back. Today, a leaked benchmark has confirmed that the device will indeed be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 SoC.
The GFXBench screenshot confirms the device will pack a 5.2” 1080 x 1920 resolution display and an 8MP camera at the back. The new info includes the Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 chipset under the hood, 2GB of RAM, and Android 5.1.1 Lollipop out of the box. Also, the device will be equipped with a 5MP front-facing camera, just like most other upper mid-range smartphones these days.
Strangely, the benchmark lists the internal memory size to be just 3.5GB. While we’re pretty sure LG won’t ship the device with 4GB of internal memory when it launches, it looks like the device may not really offer 16GB of internal memory as expected, at least on the base variant (if there is any).
