Naughty Dog, developer of the upcoming PlayStation 4 title Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End today announced that it is delaying the release of the game from March 18th to April 26th.
Naughty Dog creative director Neil Druckmann and game director Bruce Straley made a post on the PlayStation blog earlier today to share the news about the game’s delay. They claim the decision to delay the game wasn’t an easy choice but they decided to go ahead with the plan to ensure the “vest course of action” for the game as some key sequences of the game require some “extra resources” to be polished.
Uncharted 4 is among the most highly anticipated PlayStation 4 titles for next year and is expected to be the final game in the Uncharted series. The game will release on April 26th in North America, April 27th in Europe, and April 29th in the UK.
