Unannounced Asus ZenFone model spotted on TENAA website

By now we’re sure most of you may have lost count of all the ZenFone models that Asus has launched so far. Yet another ZenFone model is likely to be released soon, as spotted on China’s TENAA.

The model certified by TENAA carries is referred to as the Asus_Z00TDA. It packs a 5.5-inch 1080 x 1920 Full HD display, an octa-core chipset, 2GB of RAM, and 16GB of expandable storage. At the back, the smartphone will feature a 13MP rear camera. For selfies and video calls, the smartphone features a 5MP front-facing camera. Software wise, the model boots Android 5.0.2 Lollipop.

Connectivity features listed include 4G LTE, 3G, Bluetooth, GPS, and Wi-Fi. Two color options will be available at launch – Gold and Silver.

Since the model has shown up only in China so far, it isn’t clear if this upcoming ZenFone model will be exclusively for the Chinese market or if it will be released in some other markets as well.
