Ubisoft is celebrating its 30th anniversary by giving away seven games — one a month — for free. We’ve seen the likes of Rayman Origins and The Crew being offered for free in previous months, and for November, the company is giving away Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon.
The game will be available starting November 9, and all you need to do is head to Ubisoft Club, create a free Uplay account, and download the title. If you’ve missed earlier promotions, there’s still time to grab the current free game, Beyond Good and Evil, before November 9.
Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon debuted in 2013 on the PlayStation 3, PC, and Xbox 360, and is now playable on the Xbox One thanks to backwards compatibility. As for what the game’s about, here’s what Ubisoft has to say:
Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon is THE Kick-Ass Cyber Shooter. Welcome to an 80’s vision of the future. The year is 2007 and you are Sargent Rex Colt, a Mark IV Cyber Commando. Your mission: get the girl, kill the baddies, and save the world.
Experience every cliché of a VHS era vision of a nuclear future, where cyborgs, blood dragons, mutants, and Michael Biehn (Terminator, Aliens, Navy Seals) collide.
