Ubisoft discusses exclusive Assassin’s Creed 4 content for Sony

Ubisoft has released more details on the exclusive content that will be available to Sony users when Assassin’s Creed 4 is released.

The game will now feature the star of Assassin’s Creed Liberation as a playable character. Aveline was right at home on the Vita-exclusive title, but now will be brought to the bigger screen with Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag. The game will have three new missions, which will be a whole hour of extra gameplay for fans of the  Ubisoft series.

While some were unsure if Aveline would return, she will definitely be featured in the new title as a female pirate adversary with the game’s protagonist, Edward Kenway. Ubisoft also stated that Playstation versions of Watch Dogs will get an extra hour of gameplay. Both PS3 and PS4 versions will be receiving the exclusive content, arising from a new partnership between the two game companies.

Assassin’s Creed 4 will be released on October 29 in the US and November 1st in the rest of the world.
