A leaked document indicates that T-Mobile might start offering the Nexus 5 from November 20.
The Nexus 5 will soon make its way onto T-Mobile, if a leaked document that was posted online today is any indication. The document mentions that the Nexus 5 will be available on all channels starting November 20. The document also reveals something called Samsung holiday sales initiative, along with an LG sales initiative, which might just be an internal sales incentive scheme.
Buying the Nexus 5 directly from the carrier would seem like the best alternative for users now, as several variants of the device are now sold out on Google’s Play Store. The 16 GB black variant was sold out in just 32 minutes. However, carriers usually price the device higher. T-Mobile has not disclosed the pricing of the Nexus 5, and has only mentioned that it will be available at an affordable price.
The Nexus 5 will also be available on Sprint from November 8, and will cost $159 on a new two-year contract. The off-contract cost of the 16 GB Nexus 5 from is at $449, which is a $100 more than what the device is available for on the Play Store. However, finding a model that is in stock might prove to be tricky, considering the strong demand that is there for the Nexus 5.
