Giga!, an autonomous sub-brand of StarHub, has been launched amidst an increasingly crowded telco market here in Singapore. Despite a rather late showing, giga! has managed to kick off with headline-worthy deals.

No confusing plans here – giga! offers only a single one that can be modified to individual preferences with add-ons. For SGD 25 per month in a contract-free subscription, users can obtain the following:
- 25GB data
- 1,000 minutes of talk time
- 1,000 SMSes
- Data rollover for up to two months
- Free incoming calls and SMS
- Free Caller ID
What’s more, users will get it all for free on their first month if they register by 18th June 2019.

Another highlight feature is giga!’s roaming service that starts from SGD 5 for 1GB and will be valid for 5 days. This will be available across 14 countries: Australia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Macau, Malaysia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.
To register, users can simply download the giga! app from the Google Play Store or App Store. Registering for an account and can be done within the app, with the SIM card delivered to your address the next working day for a S$2 delivery fee.
Amended 3rd June to reflect giga! branding and that the SIM card will be delivered, not mailed.
For that amount i get 20 hour speech ( unlimited to same provider numbers )
45GB data / 6 GB EU ( +12 GB thru out all the summer months +6 GB EU data )
And free SMS + MMS
May be even cheaper at other providers but i did not bother to look just now.
I must admit i get no way near those numbers as i am not addicted to my phone, so i only touch it 5 – 10 minutes every week.
The data rollover if i understand it correct sound interesting, we don’t see that here in Denmark, but for the addicts that don’t already MAX out every month that might be a good idea.
