“The store has transformed to a very beautiful retail store that we (Sony) are very proud of. Our Sony theme to the business we called make dot believe (Make.Believe) means whatever you can imagine, you can make it real. This is our belief that has led to this excellent store” says Nakanishi.

“Sony Style Isetan Orchard epitomizes ideals of Sony united by offering a one true Sony experience. We have worked closely with our sister company Sony Ericsson, Sony Computer Entertainment. Sony Music, Sony Pictures Releasing and AXN, to showcase the wonderful wide world of Sony. For example, Sony products featured in movies from Sony Pictures will be showcased to coincide with the launch timing of the movie. Sony music artistes and Sony Pictures Releases will be featured on our Bravia TV as well as the shop area for strategic campaign. Upcoming Sony Ericsson phones will also be showcased,” says Vincent Yip, General Manager of Sony Singapore.

The Home Theatre section has a wide display of home entertainment systems including speakers and Blu-ray players.

According to Sony, the one-stop service centre, Sony Care, at this outlet is the first to handle both Sony Electronics and Sony Ericsson customers. It also has a unique Concierge counter that helps to identify the hardware or software problems before directing customers to the appropriate counter.
