The first leaked images of Vivo’s upcoming 4K phablet the Xplay 5S have surfaced online today.
Unfortunately, only the rear and top of the phablet are seen in the leaked images. At the back, the phablet appears to have a laser auto-focus, dual-tone LED flash, and a fingerprint scanner below the camera. It also appears to feature a premium metal build.
According to rumors, the Vivo Xplay 5S will feature a 6-inch display with 2160 x 3840 4K resolution, Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 chipset, 4GB of RAM, 64GB onboard storage, 21MP rear camera, and a 12MP front-facing shooter. Battery size hasn’t been confirmed yet, but it is expected that the phablet will be equipped with a battery larger than 4,000mAh. As far as the OS goes, it will most likely ship with Android 6.0 Marshmallow when it goes on sale next year.
