Samsung reportedly working on a dual-screen foldable smartphone

SamMobile has published a new report today that details Samsung’s foldable smartphone that was first rumored earlier this year.

According to the report, the smartphone is codenamed Project Valley, although it is also being referred to as ‘Project V’ apparently. Currently, the device is said to be in early stage of development, which means there are chances the device may not actually see the light of day ever.

For now though, the device is said to support multiple gestures that will allow users to switch between its two displays. However, unlike the previous report out of Korea, SamMobile doesn’t actually confirm that the smartphone will indeed be foldable. It is only confirmed to have two displays, but its codename suggests that the smartphone could be foldable.

If Samsung decides to go ahead with ‘Project Valley’, you could expect to see it debut sometime next year, as the earlier rumors had suggested.
