The Samsung MBP200 Pico Projector was showcased at the CES Show in early January, in Las Vegas. And it was just recent that the manufacturer has launched the product in Europe (or to be more precise, Germany). No news as to whether this sleek projector/PMP will be available in Asia or US yet.

The mobile projector is the ideal companion on business trips and offers first-class entertainment qualities. Incorporating DLP technology, it ensures clear presentations, photos and videos. The Samsung MBP200 was also awarded the CES Innovation Award 2009 as one of the best innovations.

Measuring just 110x49x19mm and weighs 160g, the MBP200 can project pictures, videos, music and MS Office documents in the best quality at 480×320 pixel resolution with an area from 5 to 50-inches.The integrated 2.2-inch QVGA display and touch-sensitive keypad also provide smooth operation. Multimedia content can be shown as required by external sources, such as mobile phones or digital cameras, as well as from internal memory. It also supports MicroSD ™ cards of up to 16GB for additional storage space. The device comes with 3.5mm stereo connector that allows user to connect conveniently to headphones and speakers without needing an adapter.

The Samsung MBP200 is now available in Germany at a suggested retail price of 499 Euros (or approximately US$700).
