After multiple leaked renders of the smartphone over the last few weeks, a live spy shot of the Galaxy S7 Edge has now leaked online.
The two images were posted on China’s Weibo microblogging website earlier today and show off the Galaxy S7 Edge’s front in the Black color option. As we recently saw, Black will be one of the three color options that users will get to choose from when ordering their new Galaxy S7 Edge.
The Galaxy S7 Edge is expected to sport a 5.5-inch 1440 x 2560 Quad HD Super AMOLED display with curved edges on both sides. It will be powered by either the Snapdragon 820 SoC from Qualcomm or the Exynos 8890 SoC designed in-house by Samsung (depending on the market). Rest of the rumored specs include 4GB of RAM, 32/64GB internal memory with a microSD card slot for expansion, 12MP rear camera with an f/1.7 aperture lens, 5MP front-facing camera, and a 3600mAh capacity battery.
The Galaxy S7 Edge will be going official this Sunday in Barcelona, alongside the regular Galaxy S7.
