When the Samsung Galaxy S Android smartphone was launched last year, it impressed many users with its large and brilliant Super AMOLED display, slim form factor, coupled with its impressive features and performance. And a year later, the company came up with the Galaxy S II. Will the Galaxy S II live up to our expectations? Read on.

When the Samsung Galaxy S was unveiled last year, it was undoubtedly one of the best Android smartphones on the market with its sleek and slim body, powerful 1GHz processor (at that time), and bright Super AMOLED display. While there were some flaws about the flagship phone such as the lack of built-in camera LED flash and a user interface that resembles the Apple product, the Galaxy S managed to impressed the world when the company reported over 10 million unit sales of the smartphone.

The Korean maker has recently launched the Galaxy S II and many held high expectations of the successor to the popular Galaxy S. When we hands on the new smartphone at the Samsung Regional Forum in March this year, the phone looks promising with its 1.2GHz dual-core processor, new Super AMOLED Plus 4-inch screen and even slimmer than its older sibling.
