Samsung Galaxy On7 (2016) shows up on GFXBench database

After being spotted on Indian import export tracking portal Zauba, the Samsung SM-G610F has shown up on the GFXBench benchmark database.

The Samsung Galaxy SM-G610x is expected to be the successor to the Galaxy On7 from last year and is most likely going to be marketed as the Galaxy On7 (2016). Going by the GFXBench listing, the smartphone is going to be equipped with a 4.8-inch Super AMOLED display with 1080 x 1920 Full HD resolution. The reported screen size is most likely inaccurate as it doesn’t make sense for the Galaxy On7 (2016) to have a smaller display when its predecessor sports a 5.5” display.

Moving on, the smartphone will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 octa-core chipset clocked at 2.0 GHz with the Adreno 506 GPU. The benchmark listing also reveals 3GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, 13MP rear camera, and an 8MP selfie camera.
