Following the announcement of the Galaxy J2 (2016) and the Galaxy J Max in India, Samsung has introduced yet another new member of the Galaxy J-series family, the Galaxy J1 Ace Neo.
The smartphone features a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED display with WVGA 480 x 800 resolution and is powered by the Spreadtrum SC8830 quad-core chipset. In terms of memory, the smartphone is equipped with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of onboard expandable storage.
At the back, the Galaxy J1 Ace Neo packs a 5MP camera with an f/2.2 aperture lens and an LED flash. For selfies, it offers a 2MP unit on the front. Connectivity features include Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS with A-GPS, LTE, and microUSB 2.0. The battery inside the smartphone is rated at 1900mAh, although you do get an Ultra Power Saving mode to extract battery life when it has very little juice left.
The Android 5.1 Lollipop running device will be available in three color options – Black, White, and Blue. No word on specs or availability yet.
