Rosewill’s RK-9300 gaming keyboard offers Cherry MX Blue or Brown switches, blue LED lighting

Rosewill has rolled out a new mechanical keyboard called the RK-9300. The keyboard comes with either Cherry MX Blue or MX Brown switches, and offers blue LED lighting throughout. The keyboard itself has a very toned-down aesthetic, featuring an aluminium chassis with a black anodised finish.

Then you get the usual features that are a mainstay on any keyboard designed for gaming: full n-key rollover, 100% anti-ghosting, and customizable backlighting. The customizable lighting in this scenario means that you can choose from four preset lighting modes, and as there’s no RGB lighting scheme, you’re limited to blue accents. You can either have all the keys backlit, or just focus on the WASD cluster, or all the keyboard keys excluding the numpad section. The fourth option includes a breathing mode, with four levels available.

If you’re interested in a no-frills gaming keyboard with Cherry MX Blue or Brown switches, then the Rosewill RK-9300 is a decent alternative. It’s up for sale right now on Newegg for $89.
