Razer has just announced the Viper Ultimate wireless mouse, its fastest-performing yet. Designed for esports, the Viper Ultimate sports new Razer HyperSpeed wireless technology, along with a Focus+ Optical Sensor that guarantees its pro-level performance.

Part of the brand’s Viper line of lightweight, competitive-grade gaming mice, the 74-gram Viper Ultimate features integrated Razer Optical Switches, eliminating the need for debounce delay and any corrosive effects of low voltages.
Despite its wireless operation, the Viper Ultimate boasts TUV SUD PSB-tested Razer HyperSpeed technology that delivers stable connectivity that is 25% faster. It also has the lowest click latency and fastest transmission speed among any wireless mouse.

Power consumption has also been optimised, enabling battery life to be extended by 25% to 70 hours, meaning about a week of use for ten hours of gameplay daily before each recharge.
Developed in collaboration with Pixart, the leader in smart sensor solutions, the Viper Ultimate boasts a Razer Focus+ Optical Sensor that enables Smart Tracking, Asymmetric Lift-Off and Motion Sync. The mouse also guarantees 99.6% resolution accuracy, 20,000 DPI sensitivity and a tracking speed of 650 inches per second – some of the highest specifications available on the market presently.

Smart Tracking on the Viper Ultimate automatically calibrates functionality for different mouse surfaces, ensuring that lift-off distance and accuracy are consistent without the need for tedious manual calibration. Asymmetric Lift-Off allows users to preset landing distance – the height of the mouse where it will begin tracking, controlling mouse drift. Motion-Sync ensures regular sampling rates in order to deliver consistent performance.
The Razer Viper Ultimate is constructed from a rigid structure that avoids the need for external honeycombing. Built for ambidextrous use, the Viper Ultimate also features polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) feet for smoother operation.
Eight programmable buttons allow macros or secondary functions to be bound to the mouse, with on-board storage for five memory profiles.

The Razer Viper Ultimate is available at USD 129.99 / EUR 139.99, and also as a bundle with the Razer Mouse Dock at USD 149.99 / EUR 159.99 (available separately at USD 49.99 / EUR 59.99). Featuring Razer Chroma RGB lighting, the dock also allows the Viper Ultimate to be operated via USB-A in full wired mode with an included Speedflex Cable.
