Slated for launch in Q2 2019, Razer has announced an update to its Hammerhead line of in-ear earphones. The Hammerhead Duo, with its traditional in-ear earphone design, brings superb audio with enhanced bass with the dual driver set-up that combines a dynamic driver for deep bass, along with a balanced armature driver for brilliant highs.
The Hammerhead Duo will come in two versions: a standard one, and the Razer Hammerhead Duo – Compatible with the Nintendo Switch. The variants can be differentiated by the colour of the Razer insignia on each earpiece – the standard one in Razer’s distinctive green, while the Nintendo Switch-compatible version sports it in silver.
With audio and video content rendered superbly, the in-line microphone and controls seamlessly enable in-game communication and hands-free calling. The standard version sports the regular three-button volume/pause/play/call toggles, while the Nintendo Switch-compatible version sports a single mic mute button.
At 17g, the lightweight headphones feature braided cables, along with an aluminium form-factor for exceptional durability and comfort. It comes with a convenient carrying case to prevent tangles and clutter.
