Razer Kraken X Released – Lighter, Slimmer, With 7.1 Surround Sound

Razer has announced the Razer Kraken X gaming headset, which keeps the ergonomics of the popular Razer Kraken into a more lightweight package at 250 grams – one of the lightest gaming headsets available today.

The Razer Kraken X will be available in two variants: classic black, and the Kraken X for Console, which will feature black and blue highlights.

The Kraken X will have soft memory foam ear pads with glasses-friendly eyewear channels for bespectacled folk. For the greatest in-game spatial awareness, the Kraken X features 7.1 surround audio, as are all Razer headsets priced under USD 99.

The Razer Kraken X and Razer Kraken X for Console will retail at SGD 79, and will be available in June 6, 2019 on Razer.com and Q2 2019 worldwide.
