Philips has just announced the High Speed Vacuum Blender (HR3752/01) that seals in more nutritional contents in smoothies for longer with proprietary StayFresh Vacuum Technology.

This keeps helps smoothies retain their “just made” freshness by reducing the oxidation that occurs during a conventional blending process. Oxidation will cause browning, decolourisation and separation in the product, diminishing the nutritional benefits of ingredients.
The High Speed Vacuum Blender targets customers who are keen on making improvements for a healthier lifestyle, especially in order to consume 400 grammes of fruit and vegetables a day according to World Health Organisation (WHO) guidelines for a healthy diet.
Blending fruit and vegetables help hit target consumption in a single serving, and to also incorporate a wide range of vitamins and minerals from various ingredients.

With Philips’ new vacuum blender, which uses a patented joint lid solution and vacuum process filter, a powerful pump eliminates air from the blending chamber, also improving the taste, colour and consistency of the smoothie alongside its nutritional content.
The blending process itself is augmented by Philips’ powerful ProBlend 6 3D technology that processes a larger blending area with a powerful 1,400-watt motor at 35,000 rpm. This means that everything from soft fruits to hard ice will be easy feat for the blender.
Designed to be easy to use, the Philips High Speed Vacuum Blender displays an informative LED ring letting busy customers monitor the automated vacuum and blending process that is easily selected with a touch of a button. Cleanup is easy with dishwasher-safe detachable parts, apart from the blade itself that can be rinsed clean easily.
The Philips High Speed Vacuum Blender (HR3752/01) retails at SGD 599, and is now available at the Philips e-shop and at Philips authorized retailers. Suggested recipes can be found here.
