Origin’s Big O Can Play PC And Xbox 360 Games

If you think this desktop PC is using a software emulator to run Xbox 360 game illegally, you are way mistaken. The Big O is a system made by Origin PC that has an integrated Xbox 360 slim console inside.

According to online sources, Origin PC, high-end personal computer maker founded by ex-employees of Alienware, have introduced a new system that not only comes equipped with top-of-the-line hardware components, but also with an integrated Xbox 360 slim. Called the Big O, the system is capable of running both PC and Xbox 360 games.

The Big O has a double-wide case that can incorporate a 2P or 1P system and is probably the first of its kind with an integrated game console. The hardware configuration include overclocked 4GHz Intel Core i7-930 quad-core processor, ASUS Rampage III Extreme mainboard, 6GB Corsair DDR3 memory, two Nvidia GeForce GTX 480 graphics cards in SLI mode, two OCZ 50GB Vertex 2 SSDs in RAID 0 mode, 2TB WD Caviar Black hard disk and a Blu-ray disc burner.

Still not good enough for you? Maybe the ultimate configuration will. The ultimate configuration consists of two six-core overclocked 4.30GHz Intel Xeon 5680 CPUs, liquid-cooled, EVGA SR2 mainboard, 12GB DDR3 memory, four Nvidia GeForce GTX 480 as well as four SSDs.

And obviously, the price tags for Big O aren’t cheap. The default configuration is priced at US$7,669, whereas the ultimate one will cost US$16,999.
