After launching the Oppo R9 in China, the Chinese manufacturer has launched the same device as the Oppo F1 Plus for European, African and Southeast Asian markets. The F1 Plus carries the same hardware as the R9, including a 16-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and 4GB of RAM under the hood. It has a 5.5-inch Full HD AMOLED display, and is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 processor.
The rear camera on the Oppo F1 Plus is a 13-megapixel camera, and the phone offers 64GB of internal storage and a 2,850 mAh battery with fast charging support. It runs Android 5.1.1 Lollipop. Following the trend, the F1 Plus has a metallic construction and houses a fingerprint sensor at the front, right below the display. The device will become available in Europe next month and then make its way to Southeast Asia and Africa.
Oppo hasn’t revealed if the R9 Plus will be launched in these markets.
