The Mirror 5s boasts of a strong mirrored diamond-patterned rear side.
Oppo has officially announced the Mirror 5s, a device that it had recently confirmed would be getting unveiled soon. The Mirror 5s comes with mid-range hardware that doesn’t impress, but it does feature an attractive design that includes a mirror-like back side with a diamond-shaped pattern that looks fragile but is touted to be resilient to breakage thanks to an internal metal frame.
The specs of the Mirror 5s include a 5-inch 720p (1280×720 pixels) display, a 64-bit quad-core Snapdragon 410 processor clocked at 1.2GHz, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of expandable internal storage, an 8-megapixel rear camera, 5-megapixel front-facing camera, dual SIM slots, LTE connectivity, and a 2,420 mAh battery. The phone runs on Oppo’s Color OS 2.1, which is based on Android 5.1 Lollipop. In terms of dimensions, the Mirror 5s measures 143.4 x 71.2 x 7.65 mm and weights 160 grams.
There’s no word on availability and pricing; the Mirror 5s may or may not be launched outside China, and we will have to wait for official details on availability.
