Nvidia announces GeForce GTX holiday bundles

Customers buying a GeForce GTX video card through the holiday season will be able to get free games along with the card.


Nvidia is launching a tiered holiday bundle this year. Users buying high-end cards like the GeForce GTX 770, 780, and Titan will receive three games for free, which include downloadable versions of Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag, Batman: Arkham Origins, and Splinter Cell Blacklist.


The other bundle is for customers buying cards like the GeForce GTX 660, 670, 680, 690, and 760. Users buying these cards will receive Splinter Cell Blacklist and Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag for free. The deal is valid from October 28th through November 26th, and customers can redeem the offer from a variety of retailers.

In addition, Nvidia is also throwing in a discount code for its gaming console, the Nvidia Shield. Users buying the GeForce GTX 770, 780, and Titan will get a $100 discount on the $299 Shield, and cards like GeForce GTX 660, 670, 680, 690, and 760 would entail a $50 discount on the Shield.
