NOX Audio: Headphone Runs on Android, Why Not?

When you think you have seen Android on almost any devices – tablet, netbook, smartphone or laptop; now we have the NOX Audio wireless headphone, the Admiral Touch, which runs the Google mobile operating system. Find out more inside.

Unveiled at CES 2011, the NOX Admiral Touch is a functional audio wireless prototype headphone that runs Android operating system and include a 2.4-inch LCD touch screen attached to the right cup. The Admiral Touch is capable of streaming music from Pandora, as well as running VoIP applications like Skype and MSN chat wirelessly.

NOX Audio claims that the removable and rechargeable Lithium-ion battery provides more than five hours of battery life when used with compatible devices. No pricing has been announced, although the Admiral Touch is targeted to go on sale later this year.
