Earlier today we showed you the first live pictures of the Huawei Nexus phablet. Some more leaked images have now been posted, along with some detailed specs.
The new set of images shows the Huawei Nexus phablet in a protective case but most of its key highlights such as the fingerprint scanner on the back and the USB Type-C port are clearly visible. But what’s interesting is the system screen in one of the leaked images.
Unlike what was previously rumored, it appears that the Huawei Nexus smartphone will not be powered by the Snapdragon 820 SoC but the Snapdragon 810. This isn’t surprising though, as the Snapdragon 820 chipset isn’t expected to be out until 1H 2016. Some other key specs of the device can be seen as well, such as the 3GB of RAM and 64GB internal storage. However, the source did mention that Google and Huawei may swap the Snapdragon 810 for the 820 due to “connectivity problems” with the Snapdragon 810 chip on the Huawei Nexus.
