New Dead Space 3 demo release date and trailer revealed

Visceral Games and EA have revealed when the Dead Space 3 demo will be available and have also released a brand new story trailer for their upcoming game.

Earlier this week Visceral games and EA released a new official story trailer for Dead Space 3 that sheds light on the upcoming game's story arc, painting a picture of the events that have taken place in the two previous titles.

Along with the brand new video, EA has also brings the release date for the game's demo, which will hit Xbox LIVE and the PlayStation Network on January 22, 2013.

Gamers who have an EA Origin account can actually register for a code to download the demo a week earlier than its official release date. If you don't have an Origin account, don't worry: you can still make one to get a Dead Space 3 demo code.

The early download codes are limited, so be sure to act now to get yours!

Dead Space 3 continues the epic storyline of Isaac Clarke's battle with the insidious interstellar Necromorph virus, and has a new ally in his quest: the merciless soldier John Carver. Together Carver and Clarke embark on an extremely risky plan to stop the Necromorphs from annihilating all of mankind and to save the universe from the intergalactic threat.

The third chapter of the critically acclaimed franchise features a plethora of new features including a brand new crafting system, a whole new dynamic story, and an awesome co-op mode that brings the sheer sci-fi survival horror that gamers have come to expect from the series.

Dead Space 3 will be available on Feb. 5, 2013 in North America for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC. For more information, please visit the game's official website.
