Motorola

Trusted leakster Android leaks has published new details about two new Motorola smartphones that are soon headed to Verizon Wireless. These smartphones will be powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 810 and Snapdragon 808 chipsets.

Both these devices were first revealed earlier this month by the leakster as the XT1578 and XT1585, along with the 3rd Gen Moto X that is rumored to carry the XT192A model number. The XT1585 will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 octa-core chipset, while the XT1578 model will be powered by the Snapdragon 808 hexa-core chipset that was first seen on the LG G4.

Codenamed ‘Clark, the XT1578 will feature a Quad HD resolution display with a screen DPI of 560. The higher end XT1585 model has been codenamed ‘Kinzie’ and will boast of the same Quad HD resolution as ‘Clark’ but a higher screen DPI of 640. Both the devices have been reported to be running on the latest Android 5.1.1 Lollipop version currently, so you could expect both the new Droids to launch with the latest Android version out of the box.
