Mirror’s Edge Catalyst gets delayed, now expected to release in May 2016

Mirrors Edge Catalyst

Sad news for those of you looking forward to the release of Mirror’s Edge Catalyst early next year. EA has announced that it needs more time to fine tune the game, and now hopes to release the game on May 24th next year.

EA believes that it needs the extra time to ensure that game delivers an entertaining and memorable experience. Fortunately though, the delay doesn’t sound all that bad as it was originally slated to release on February 23rd. Waiting a few weeks for a smoother and more polished game definitely isn’t a bad thing, is it?

The game was first teased last year and was finally detailed at the E3 conference in June this year. It will be a first-person action-adventure game, centered around the lead character Faith Connors.
