Microsoft has released their new Windows Live Essentials 2011 which allows users to do more on their PC. It includes free programs from Microsoft for photos, movies, instant messaging, email and even social networking. You can download your copy here.

Released in 48 languages, the Windows Live Essentials 2011 for Windows 7 and Vista is now available for download. Here is an overview of what the Windows Live Essentials 2011 comprises of:-

– Windows Live Family Safety provides the tools you need to keep your children safe on the Internet

– Windows Live Mesh helps to sync your files and folders across two PCs (or a PC and a Mac) and connect back to your PC from virtually anywhere.

– Window Live Photo Gallery lets you share photos with friends and family on SkyDrive, Flickr, SmugMug, Facebook etc

– Windows Live Movie Maker allows you to create a video and publish it to YouTube.

– Windows Live Messenger keeps you connected with your friends on Facebook, LinkedIn, and MySpace.

– Windows Live Mail lets you keep track of your email from Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo etc.

– Windows Live Writer lets you update your blog on WordPress, Blogger, TypePad, and many other blogging services easily.

According to Microsoft, Dell will be the first global PC manufacturer to ship PCs with Windows Live Essentials 2011 and Windows 7 pre-installed, in time for holiday purchases.
