After launching the Exynos 7420 powered Pro 5 earlier this year, Meizu will soon be launching a Mini version of the Pro 5, dubbed the Pro 5 Mini. Alleged specs of the device have surfaced online today, with the MediaTek Helio X20 deca-core chipset expected to be the main attraction.
The Meizu Pro 5 Mini will reportedly feature a smaller 4.7-inch display with 1080 x 1920 Full HD resolution, a similar premium metal build as the Pro 5, and 32 or 64GB internal storage options.
Although there is no info available on when the smartphone will be officially announced, it is expected to be priced at 1,999 Yuan ($315) for the 32GB variant and 2,499 Yuan ($395) for the 64GB variant. These prices do seem a bit on the higher side, so it is likely that the Pro 5 Mini could retain the same excellent 21MP rear camera and other key features of the Pro 5.
