Linksys launches EA7500 AC1900 MU-MIMO Gigabit Wi-Fi router

Linksys has announced the availability of its latest Max-Stream AC1900 MU-MIMO Gigabit Wi-Fi Router, the EA7500.

The EA7500 features next-gen Wi-Fi 802.11ac Wave 2 with MU-MIMO technology, allowing uninterrupted Wi-Fi connections to multiple devices at the same time. It includes a Qualcomm IPQ 1.4GHz dual-core processor, dual-band AC1900 wireless speeds up to 1300Mbps 5 GHz + 600 Mbps 2.4GHz, combined speed of up to 1.9 Gbps, four Gigabit LAN ports, one Gigabit WAN port, One USB 3.0, and One USB 2.0 port.

To ensure maximum coverage, the router comes with three external and adjustable antennas. With the Linksys Smart Wi-Fi app, you will be able to easily manage and monitor your network remotely on a smartphone. Security features include Advanced WPA/WPA2 encryption and SPI firewall.

The Linksys EA7500 router is now available from all major retailers in the US at an MSRP of $119.99.
