LG Optimus LTE P936 shows up on FCC

Korean company LG has been busy with the introduction of three new phones at the recent Mobile World Congress. And it seems that a new Optimus LTE P936 smartphone has appeared on Federal Communications Commission (FCC).

This year, it seems that 4G LTE is widely sought after as we see many phone makers coming up with their new LTE flagship phones. According to reports from GSM Dome, LG has a new smartphone, Optimus LTE P936, which has appeared on FCC. The Optimus LTE P936 is said to feature a large 4.6-inch touchscreen display with 1280×720 resolution and 320ppi pixel desnsity. It is powered by 1.5GHz Snapdragon processor, runs Google Android 2.3.6 Gingerbread and equipped with 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash that can capture videos in 720p HD resolution. We would probably hear more news about the Optimus LTE P936 in the coming weeks, and it is likely the phone will receive Android 4.0 ICS update soon.
