Google and LG’s upcoming Nexus 5X smartphone has been spotted on the GeekBench database, confirming the Snapdragon 808 SoC under the hood and 2GB of RAM.
Complete specifications of the Nexus 5X were leaked yesterday courtesy of Amazon India, where the Nexus 5X was listed to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 SoC, coupled with 2GB of RAM. The same has been confirmed yet again, thanks to the GeekBench listing. As far as the scores so, the Nexus 5X seems to perform similarly to the LG G4, the first smartphone to be powered by the hexa-core SoC.
Based on yesterday’s leak, the Nexus 5X will feature a 5.2” 1080p display, 12.3MP rear camera, 5MP front-facing camera, and a 2,700mAh capacity lithium-ion battery rated for a talk-time up to 17 hours on 3G and standby time of 300 hours on 3G networks. As far as internal memory goes, the smartphone is likely to be offered in 16GB and 32GB variants.
