LG K series

An upcoming LG K series smartphone has been leaked online, courtesy of Geekbench.

Two variants of the smartphone have been caught on Geekbench – K530 and K535. Both smartphones are powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 chipset, which is an octa-core chip based on the ARM Cortex-A53 architecture and includes the Adreno 505 GPU.

When it comes to memory, the K530 features 2GB of RAM while the K535 variant includes 3GB of RAM. Unsurprisingly, both prototypes were running on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow when the Geekbench benchmark was run on the devices.

Both devices have also been spotted on the Bluetooth SIG website, along with quite a few other variants. These include the K530TR, K530F, K535n, K530AR, K535T, K535, and the K535D. The existence of so many variants suggests that the smartphone could be a global device and will be sold in a number of markets around the world.
