After the huge success of the G3 last year, the G4 is one of the most anticipated Android flagships of the year. Unfortunately, the G4 has not been leaked anywhere near as much as the other upcoming flagship smartphones. After the recent leak on the 16MP rear camera of the device, an alleged variant of the G4 has been spotted in a User-Agent Profile.
The leaked UA Profile shared by MyLGPhone lists an unannounced LG smartphone with the model number H810. According to MYLGPhone, the H810 is the AT&T variant of the LG G4. The UA Profile doesn’t give us any information about the device except that it packs a Quad HD resolution display. Somehow LG seems to have been very successful in keeping its upcoming flagship smartphone a secret as so far the only two specifications that we can consider to be more or less confirmed are the Quad HD resolution and a 16MP rear camera manufactured by Samsung.
Based on earlier leaks, the LG G4 is rumored to arrive with a 5.3-inch Quad HD resolution display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 64-bit octa-core chipset, 4GB RAM, and a stylus. We can also expect to see a 16MP rear camera with optical image stabilization and 4K video recording. Samsung is reportedly interested in taking on the Galaxy S as well as Note flagship smartphones with the G4 as the LG G Pro line has been dropped from this year onwards. Earlier the LG G series flagship was meant to take on the Samsung Galaxy S series flagship while the G Pro line was aimed at the Galaxy Note flagship.
The LG G4 is expected to be unveiled at the Mobile World Congress to be held at Barcelona in March. Most other flagship smartphones like the Samsung Galaxy S6 and the Sony Xperia Z4 are also expected to be unveiled at the same event.
