LG G5 to feature a secondary display, claims @evleaks

LG seconday display

Smartphone leakster @evleaks today “confirmed” that the upcoming LG G5 will indeed include a secondary screen similar to the one on the V10.

The leakster tweeted. “Finally saw the G5; secondary screen confirmed.” LG had confirmed a few days back that the G5 will feature an “Always on Display”, similar to what the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge are also rumored to offer. While some may have though that the presence of an “Always on Display” would mean the G5 won’t include a secondary screen, the latest tweet by @evleaks suggests otherwise.

It could be possible that the “Always on Display” feature will come into play when using the Quick Cover case, while the rest of the time users will be able to view their notifications and access favorite apps and contacts on the secondary display up top.

The LG G5 will be announced this Sunday at the Mobile World Congress 2016 in Barcelona.
