Lenovo India today announced the A7000 Turbo phablet for the Indian market with specs identical to the popular K3 Note from last year.

The K3 Note has been discontinued in the Indian market now, replaced with the newly launched K4 Note. The A7000 Turbo will now be offered as a new option for those who aren’t too keen on the new K4 Note and want something similar to the K3 Note.

The handset features a 5.5-inch 1080p OGS IPS display with 401 PPI pixel density, an octa-core MediaTek MT6752 SoC clocked at 1.7GHz, 16GB of expandable onboard storage, 13MP rear camera with an f/2.0 aperture lens, 5MP front-facing camera, 2900mAh capacity battery, 4G LTE connectivity, Dynamic Dolby Atmos Audio, USB OTG support, and a high 72% screen to body ratio. It runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop with Vibe UI 2.0 custom layer running on top.

The dual-SIM handset is currently available from Lenovo’s online retail store for India in only Matte Black color option with a Rs.10,999 price tag.
