LeEco teaser

Chinese smartphone maker LeEco today released a new teaser that confirms the company’s plans to launch a new smartphone on June 29.

It is being speculated that the company will be unveiling a new flagship smartphone at the event, powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 chipset. The Snapdragon 821 is expected to be a slightly more powerful variant of the Snapdragon 820, with a higher base clock. Apart from being the first smartphone with the Snapdragon 821 chip, it is rumored that the device will also include a whopping 8GB of RAM.

The upcoming flagship is rumored to be highly impressive in the camera department as well, with a 25MP primary camera at the back. However, despite its highly impressive hardware, the LeEco flagship is rumored to be priced quite competitively at around 2999 Yuan or $455.
