In the video, the person showing off the Z5 also talks about the Xperia Z5 Premium. He doesn’t reveal the complete specs but does confirm that the smartphone will be the first smartphone in the world to feature a 4K resolution display.

He also talks about the new 23MP primary camera, claimed to offer superior low-light performance and the fastest autofocus on the market at 0.03 seconds. In addition to the super-fast auto-focus system, the Z5 family will also offer 5x Clear Image Zoom.

The Xperia Z5, Xperia Z5 Premium, and the Xperia Z5 Compact are expected to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 chipset and feature a 23MP rear camera. They will also be equipped with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. Sony will be announcing the trio at its IFA press conference on 2nd September.
