Kinect Star Wars pre-orders in Singapore begins today

Star Wars fan who are looking to get the "Kinect Star Wars" game and Limited Edition "Kinect Star Wars" console bundle can pre-order at participating retailers in Singapore, starting today.

The "Kinect Star Wars" game, and Limited Edition "Kinect Star Wars" console bundle will only be retailing on 3 April, but for those hardcore Star Wars fans who want to ensure they would get a copy of the game, and even own the limited edition game console, can pre-order them from participating retailers starting today. The "Kinect Star Wars" game will be selling at S$59.90, while the Limited Edition "Kinect Star Wars" console bundle will have a S$649 price tag. On top of that, customers who pre-order the game or the console bundle will also receive a free premium of a Star Wars toy figurine from Hasbro (worth S$19.90), and they will be able to collect both the purchases and premium on 3 April at Plaza Singapura main atrium (12.30pm to 8pm). According to Ian Tan, category manager, Xbox 360, Microsoft Singapore, there is limited quantity to the "Kinect Star Wars" console with C-3PO golden wireless controller and R2-D3 blue-and-white themed console. And if you don't buy this console, you will never find another one like this again.

If you are looking to sign up for StarHub Broadband plan, well, you can also enjoy the Xbox 360 Limited Edition "Kinect Star Wars" console bundle for free. Simply sign up for two-year StarHub 50Mbps Fibre Home Broadband or 50Mbps Cable Broadband plan. On top of that, StarHub customer will also receive a free Star Wars figurine.

The "Kinect" Star Wars offers give dynamic modes – Jedi Destiny: Dark Side Rising; Duels of Fate; Podracing mode; Rancor Rampage mode and Galactic Dance Off mode.

On top of that, Microsoft has also introduced the all-white edition of the 4GB Xbox 360 with Kinect, which is selling at all major IT retail stores at S$469. The bundle will come with a glossy white Xbox 360 console, white Kinect sensor, one white wireless controller, two free games – Kinect Adventures and Kinect Sports, and 3-month Xbox LIVE Gold subscription. Note that this exclusive bundle is available for a limited time only.
