About half a year has passed since the launch of the iPhone X, and an estimate by Strategy Analytics shows that the device is the world’s most popular smartphone. With about 4.6% the total market share, the Apple iPhone X is joined by its younger siblings, the iPhone 8, 8 Plus, and the iPhone 7 at the top of the chart. “Good design, [a] sophisticated camera, extensive apps”, emphasised Juha Winter, a senior analyst at Strategy Analytics, are reasons why “the iPhone X remains the world’s most popular smartphone model overall”.
Coming in at SGD1,648 at launch, prices have not flagged one bit after these months. The iPhone X’s impossibly futuristic looks made it one of the most desirable devices and an undisputed conversation piece, but as the first mainstream smartphone to break the USD1,000 barrier, it has remained out of reach for many.
Until now. Lazada has launched a campaign that brings to you the cheapest prices on the iPhone X by any local authorised reseller.
With this limited time deal, a no-contract iPhone X Space Grey (64GB) comes in at only SGD1,349. The official Singapore Apple store retails the exact same phone at SGD299 more.
OCBC and DBS cardholders can opt for an interest-free 12-month instalment plan of SGD112.41 per month, while LiveUp members enjoy an additional SGD50 in rebates on this deal. Depending on how you look at it, this technically makes it SGD1,299 – lower than any official retail price for the iPhone X worldwide, and we’ve not even factored in shipping.
The campaign by Lazada ends on the 4th of June, so be sure to make the best of this deal while it lasts!
For $1349, it is still ex! What are you smoking Mr Ling? I’d like some of that to. LOL!
