Google and Huawei’s upcoming Nexus 6P could be the first Nexus smartphone to offer up to 128GB internal memory, claims a new report.
According to Android Police sources, the Huawei Nexus 6P will be available in three different storage variants – 32GB, 64GB, and 128GB. Last year, the Google Nexus 6 was only offered in 32 and 64GB storage variants. The 128GB storage variant should definitely impress all you power users out there who simply cannot live with ‘mere’ 64GB of storage. The report claims Google could charge between $50 to $100 premium for each higher storage variant.
LG’s Nexus 5X on the other hand, could be offered only in 16GB and 32GB capacities. Both the new Nexus smartphones are expected to be unveiled at Google’s September 29 event in San Francisco.
