Barely a few days after announcing the Honor 5A, Huawei is rumored to launch yet another new Honor-branded smartphone on June 25.
The next Huawei Honor smartphone is allegedly going to be marketed as the Honor 8 and could boast of pretty impressive specifications. It is rumored to be powered by the company’s flagship Kirin 955 octa-core mobile chipset and sport a 5.2-inch sized 1080p resolution display. In line with Huawei flagship smartphones, the Honor 8 too will offer 4GB of RAM and not 6GB like a few other recent flagships.
Similarly, the Honor 8 will come with a 12MP dual camera setup at the back and an 8MP front-facing camera for selfies and video calls. Keeping the lights on is going to be a 3200mAh capacity battery with fast charging support.
The 4GB/32GB version of the Honor 8 is expected to be priced at 1999 Yuan ($305) in China, while the 4GB/128GB version is tipped to cost 2799 Yuan ($425).
