The first official renders of HTC’s upcoming One M9+ flagship smartphone have surfaced today, courtesy of HTC leakster upleaks.
HTC is expected to make its One M9+ smartphone official at the ‘More Than One’ event it has scheduled for April 8th 2015 in Beijing, China. The leaked press render shows the One M9+ smartphone in a unique Gold and Gunmetal Grey finish that we haven’t seen earlier. HTC’s regular One M9 comes in a Gunmetal Grey, Gold on Gold, and Gold on Silver finishes. So this new finish could perhaps be a signature color option exclusive to the One M9+.
The renders show reveal the familiar design that we have seen earlier in live pictures recently. Apart from the presence of a physical home button on the front that houses the fingerprint scanner, the One M9+ appears mostly identical to the regular One M9 variant. It is also expected to be similar to the One M9 in terms of specs, except for a larger 5.2-inch Quad HD resolution display and a Duo Camera setup at the back with a 20.7MP main and a 2MP secondary Duo camera similar to the One M8.
